<description>As someone with Kaohsiung experience, I have to ask you... Is it possible to live there for four months without buying a scooter? I am going to National Sun Yat Sen University for the fall semester late next week (yipes, that's coming up fast...) and as a broke-ass grad student, I would prefer to save my cash and bus it when I need to get around town. Is this possible?
